One of the lesser known Godzilla movies is Godzilla vs Biollante. This is the titular baddie from that film, and I believe it was the first movie to kick off the concept of G-Cells by having the enemy monster share genetic material from Godzilla himself. A bizarre monster, Biollante is a somewhat staionary beast, more like a Godzilla octopus.
